Mouse: P.I. For Hire
(2025-Present)
MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is an adrenaline-filled, explosive first-person shooter infused with the nostalgic charm of 1930s classic cartoons.
I joined the project to help re-design several key boss encounters, crafting their combat mechanics, AI behaviors, phase flow, and overall encounter structure. I also contributed to a range of additional enemy-related systems and features across the game.
KILL KNIGHT
(2023-2024)
KILL KNIGHT is an ultra-responsive, arcade-inspired isometric action shooter built around push-forward combat that rewards aggression and mastery.
As one of the game’s core designers, I was responsible for its holistic design from the ground up. My work spanned all major facets of the experience, including combat systems, enemy roster creation, level design, equipment design, and full economy balancing.
Age of darkness: Final Stand
(2021-2023)
Age of Darkness: Final Stand is a dark fantasy survival RTS and was the first project I worked on at PlaySide Studios.
My responsibilities centered on designing new player and enemy content, developing hero kits, balancing the game’s economy, creating new gameplay systems, and building levels and campaign missions.
Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn
(2020-2021)
I worked with A44 Games in New Zealand as a Combat Designer on their second title, Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn.
I contributed to the early development of the game’s combat systems, enemy roster, and boss encounters, while helping to shape and refine the core gameplay experience.
